Shipping policy

  • All orders will be shipped within 5 working days of the order acceptance email.  After weekends and public holidays, vendors will endeavour to ship the item on the next working day. 
  • Your order will be dispatched directly by the RKHG using our preferred method of delivery.  During busy periods, delivery may be slower.
  • All orders will be sent via a tracked method and RKHG will notify you of the tracking details once the order has been despatched. 
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid delivery address will incur charge a further standard delivery fee, charged to the bank card you used to pay for your order, if they are re-shipped.
  • Risk and title in the goods passes to you on delivery to the delivery address provided on your order. This includes where goods are delivered to a safe place or alternative delivery address on your instruction to the delivery carrier.
